Complete Rotor Assemblies

Six months from the date on your invoice to your customer for rotors with standard bearings, one year for rotors with ceramic-hybrid bearings and 3 months for canisters with standard bearings, 6 months for canisters with ceramic-hybrid bearings. Extend Turbine Cartridges have a 15-month, no-hassle warrantyThe serial number of the spindle/collet assembly or canister must appear on the invoice to your customer. In the event that the serial number is not recorded, the date of our invoice to you becomes the warranty start date. Failure or damage due to misuse or abuse, including improper installation procedures, improper maintenance and sterilization procedures, and any other actions inconsistent with recommended instructions may void warranty.

SureGrip Autochucks

One (1) year from the date on your invoice to your customer. The serial number of the autochuck must appear on the invoice to your customer. In the event that the serial number is not recorded, the date of our invoice to you becomes the warranty start date. Failure or damage due to misuse or abuse, including improper installation procedures, improper maintenance and sterilization procedures, and any other actions inconsistent with recommended instructions may void warranty.

Bearings

Bearings are warranted against manufacturing defects only. Manufacturing defects include missing and/or damaged components (i.e. balls or shields), improper assembly of bearings or bearings built with the wrong components. The warranty does not cover damage made by the customer during handling and/or installation of the bearing. Any misuse of the bearings, contamination of the bearing or tampering with the bearing (such as disassembling the bearing) will also void the warranty.
